INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION:

  • Before you start this simple cake recipe, start by anticipating it. To do this, preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the whole eggs with the powdered sugar in a large salad bowl until the mixture is light and smooth.
  • Then add the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix again to integrate these new ingredients into the preparation.
  • Dissolve the mixture by gradually pouring in the milk and then the neutral oil, continuing to mix. Stir until the dough is smooth and smooth.
  • Butter a missed mold and pour the dough into it. You can also use a silicone mold without adding fat.
  • Bake and bake the simple cake for about 15 minutes. Check the cake with the tip of a knife. It should come out clean and dry at the end of cooking.
  • When you leave the oven, unmould the cake on a serving plate.
  • Enjoy warm, preferably, topped with a little custard for dessert. You can also accompany your simple cake with a few spoonfuls of jam or spread.
