INGREDIENTS:
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
- Before you start this simple cake recipe, start by anticipating it. To do this, preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Beat the whole eggs with the powdered sugar in a large salad bowl until the mixture is light and smooth.
- Then add the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix again to integrate these new ingredients into the preparation.
- Dissolve the mixture by gradually pouring in the milk and then the neutral oil, continuing to mix. Stir until the dough is smooth and smooth.
- Butter a missed mold and pour the dough into it. You can also use a silicone mold without adding fat.
- Bake and bake the simple cake for about 15 minutes. Check the cake with the tip of a knife. It should come out clean and dry at the end of cooking.
- When you leave the oven, unmould the cake on a serving plate.
- Enjoy warm, preferably, topped with a little custard for dessert. You can also accompany your simple cake with a few spoonfuls of jam or spread.
